The Company

Wine in reasonable prices

The VASSILIKI PARLIAROU family is a family-owned and Greek company that aims to help wine-growing the consumer by making bottled wine accessible and attractive through a wide range of choices, always in excellent value for money. Today we continue the same effort with respect to the demands of modern consumers and wine-lovers around the world.
We also know that wine-growing and wine production are in full association with the good state of the vineyards. We work so that the wine varieties we deliver are of excellent quality.

Honesty, responsibility and respect towards consumers, the market and our people is the compass of our everyday practice. We want to be actively “present” and especially to be distinguished for our business innovation.

VASSILIKI PARLIAROU was founded by Konstantinos Parliaros, one of the warmest supporters of the Greek family, dedicated to his love of nature and the perfect. Harmony and responsibility words inherent in his character and work that led to our next stage of evolution.

Today, Konstantinos Parliaros, second generation, guides the team of VASSILIKI PARLIAROU who also takes the risk, in the difficult times, to expand and modernize the wine tradition. He is the man – an inspirer of a vision that is based on and inspired by his grandfather’s emblematic and charismatic personality that pushes him into the next stage: desire for innovation, respect for tradition and his true knowledge of wine and the winemaking process.

In this name began the family story and her long love for wine. The inspiration of the creation of VASSILIKI PARLIAROU can be explained in one word: authenticity. Ours are not a job but a way of life.

Our wines speak about our land and our work. In each and every one of them, there is a different and original approach. They range from fresh and fruity whites and rosés to young reds; from richer and more ageable whites to more structured and complex reds; from sparkling to dessert wines.

Grapes: A generous plant symbolizing the sun, the heat and the light of the Mediterranean. We chose it to represent us. You will find that our wines symbolize the richness of a generous and ancient land.

VASSILIKI PARLIAROU was founded by us in order to meet the needs of the continuous development of foodservice throughout Greece. Covers daily:

A) caterings

B) gourmet and traditional restaurants

C) minimarket and cafes

D) hotels and, in general, all types of delicatessen

The wide range of products includes a variety of foods – from our unique wine and tsipouro to tea – which combine quality with competitive prices as well as premium gastronomy products.

Our philosophy is to offer high quality wines that express the characteristics of our enviable wine-growing region, reflecting its terroir and maintaining the typicality of each variety with excellent fruit flavors in the foreground. Our wines reflect the company’s excellent experience and our insistence on new wine challenges.

A wine in his youth is reminiscent of the vine with the flavors and the flavors of fruit. Later gives flavors and smells that refer to dark cellars. These are the old harvests with their gifts. At VASSILIKI PARLIAROU, we try to make the old crops a part of our lives.

Years later, when I had all the necessary scientific knowledge, I tried to interpret our founder’s behavior based on scientific evidence. As he said:” Maturity and the various ageing times can open new horizons in the life of a wine”.
