Brilliant light lemon in color with greenish highlights. The palette of aromas is made up of citrus fruits, grapefruit and the characteristic vegetality of green pepper and tomato stem.

In the mouth it impresses with its nerve, its cool acidity and the lingering citrus aftertaste. Served at 10-12 oC. It is ideally accompanied with all the dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine, cheese and charcuterie platters, and finally it is enjoyed on its own as a cool evening companion.

Manual harvest and immediate transfer into the winery in small crates. Destemming and crushing in a pneumatic press. Static settling and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature 16 °C. The wine is left on the lees for three months in stainless steel tanks.
